Reminder of article 12 of the Maxishirt.fr general terms and conditions - Withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay a penalty.
Returns must be made in their original condition. You are responsible for this. Any damage to the product during this process may invalidate your right of withdrawal. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
The customer has 30 days after delivery of their order to return the item and request a refund or exchange.
The cost of returning the item is the customer's responsibility. The rate for returning a single item weighing less than 250g via Laposte is €4.69 (€6.25 for 2 textile items) - To return several items corresponding to an order, you can also consult the Colissimo price list based on weight: https://www.laposte.fr/tarif-colissimo
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the company Maxi Shirt will proceed either to an exchange or to the reimbursement of the sums paid , depending on your request and this within 14 days following notification of your request and via the same means of payment as that used when ordering.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
- Personalized items
In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code, items made to the consumer's specifications or personalized are exempt from the right of withdrawal. This information is also provided on the product sheet.
How do I request an exchange or refund?
You've received your items but they don't meet your expectations, a size too small or too large, you want a different color or model, a package arrived too late... and you would like to request an exchange or refund for one or more items. Please note, exchanges or refunds are not possible for personalized items (see conditions above).

After receiving your returned package, we will process your request as quickly as possible. The exchange or refund will be processed within 5 to 7 days on average.
