What is the delivery time? The delivery time is 3 to 4 working days between the date of your purchase and delivery to your home (for mainland France and 5 to 7 days for Belgium).
Your order is shipped within 24 to 48 hours of your purchase. Your package is delivered between 2 and 3 working days. For example, if you order on a Monday , your package will leave on Tuesday + 2 days of transit, you are delivered on Thursday . If you order on a Saturday or Sunday, your package will be shipped on Monday and you will receive it on Wednesday . You have a tracking number which is communicated to you by email when it is shipped. The times indicated on our site are provided for information purposes only and have been entered based on data from the carrier Laposte. Some packages may therefore take longer to arrive. Some products may, however, be shipped later due to processing time. In this case, you will be notified by email when your order is processed.
How much are the shipping costs? For 1 item, the delivery costs are €4.95, for more than 2 items, the shipping costs are €6.99 regardless of the number of items. For Belgium, the shipping costs are €7.99 with tracking. Finally, please note that shipping costs will be free when the amount of your order reaches €69 (for France and Belgium only).
Some items such as sweatshirts or items requiring a signature cannot be shipped free of charge . Please contact us via the contact form for any questions.
How do I know what size I should choose? Our products have European sizes, so you should choose your usual size. (M, L, XL) Our product sheets show measurements for men's and women's t-shirts, taking into account the width and length of the garment.

How to make a return? You have 30 days after your purchase to return an item and request an exchange (for example, a different size) or a refund. Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged . You will find our return policy at this link .
How are your products made? Our products are printed on demand in our workshop, using direct-to-textile digital printing technology as well as sublimation for objects. We also personalize your orders within 24/48 hours before shipping them to you.
