Delivery

All products are shipped with a tracking number.
We deliver to the following destinations: France (metropolitan), Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Monaco.

Your order will be processed for printing in our workshop within 1 to 2 business days*. Your package will then be handed over to the postal service (La Poste Française) for delivery to the address provided when you registered within approximately 2 to 3 business days* via letterbox.

Shipping rates:

For a single item: €4.95
For 2 items or if the package weighs more than 250 g: €6.99

Shipping costs are free for purchases over €69 for mainland France and Belgium only.

Some products are printed and shipped by our partner Gelato, so delivery times can vary from 3 to 4 days. You will receive an order number and tracking information for these orders.

How will your package be delivered?

Your package will be delivered by post and delivered to your mailbox, even during your absence (delivered without a signature). In the case of a Colissimo delivery, the delivery person may decide to leave a delivery notice in your mailbox, informing you that a package is waiting for you at your post office.

Special care is taken during packaging. In addition to the envelope or cardboard, all items are carefully folded and wrapped in recycled plastic film (ultra-resistant, shock-resistant cardboard boxes for mugs).
